Watering The Seed Coaching & Workshop Service Agreement

Effective Date: [January 1, 2025]

By booking, registering for, or participating in any Watering The Seed (WTS) coaching services or workshops, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Services Offered

We offer coaching, dream analysis, workshops, and growth tools delivered online through secure platforms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 16+ unless stated otherwise or with guardian consent for youth-focused programs.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment required upon booking.
  • Coaching packages: Non-refundable after first session.
  • Workshops: Non-refundable, one-time transfer allowed with 48 hours' notice.
  • Full refund or reschedule offered if WTS cancels.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Coaching: 24-hour notice to reschedule without penalty.
  • Workshops: 48-hour notice for one-time transfer.
  • No-shows may result in forfeiture.

5. Confidentiality

Your personal information is confidential and will not be shared unless required by law. We create a safe, judgment-free space for healing and growth.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge responsibility for their own decisions and results. Coaching is not therapy or clinical care.

7. Intellectual Property

All WTS materials (handouts, recordings, downloads) are the intellectual property of Coach D. Jackson and may not be reused or resold without written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Be punctual and present.
  • Respect others’ privacy.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from programs.
