- Re-establish your emotional currency. Your time, energy, and empathy are not freebies. Audit your relationships like you’d audit your finances. Who’s draining you? Who’s depositing? Who’s faking overdraft protection?
- Tend to your intuition. If your peace feels off, it is. That’s the whisper of wisdom telling you to check the foundation. Don’t ignore it. Don’t over-spiritualize dysfunction.
- Plant boundaries and prune false bonds. Some people are not roots — they’re weeds dressed up as wildflowers. Plant boundaries so your spirit can breathe, and cut ties with what no longer aligns.
- Nurture your own soul. Start investing in your healing, your joy, your creativity, your rest. That’s fertile ground. That’s how you grow.
You are no longer available for soul-draining exchanges. Your treasure is sacred. Give it with wisdom, not desperation. Release relationships that thrive on your silence and shrinkage. Return to yourself, piece by powerful piece. Walk in alignment with those who reflect, not reject, your light.
